A few weeks ago I attended the Proefparade, where I left with a bag full of goodies, including a haircare set by the Austrialian brand Nak. Nak is an Australian hair company that provides hair care and products, for professional as well as consumers and the brand is inspired by the Australia: the environment, sun and blue skies, oceans and majestic landscapes. Sound great, right? Check out my experience and review!
I don’t often get the chance to visit blogger events due to my work, so I was happy when I was invited again to the Beauty Proefparade. An event that’s filled with beauty brands presenting their (new) products! Check out my report:
Today I’m reviewing the Real Techniques Miracle Sculpting Sponge. It’s part of the brand’s new Miracles Collection, which contains three new sponges for foundation, contour and highlight application.
Back in march I was invited to a special ‘Diva Professional Styling Event’ at John Beerens hairstudio, where I was introduced to Diva Professional Styling and got a goodie bag filled with products including the Diva Professional Styling Auto Tong Curling Iron. Today I’m reviewing the curling iron and showing you how I’ve been using it!
Today I’m reviewing the new sun care line ‘Solaire Peau Parfaite’ by Yves Rocher. I’ve had these products for a while now, but the weather just wasn’t nice enough to really test these products out. Untill now that is, we’re in the middle of a heat wave!
Back in April, I attended a special event by Benefit in Amsterdam. We were introduced to their brand new Brow Collection! They already had some great brow products and re-formulated some of those, added shades and of course introduced entirely new products. The packaging is cute and eye catching, like every product by Benefit. So I was over the moon when this package by Benefit arrived! I’ve was sent the ‘Precisely, My Brow Pencil’ and the ‘3D BROWtones’ and have been testing them out for a while. Today I’m reviewing them and showing you the magic of these brow products!
Exciting! This is my first time trying out a palette by Tarte. The reason I bought this palette was simple, I had my eyes on Tarte for a while, and when I bumped into this mini-palette online, I knew it was perfect to take with me when I head to work or go out.
Every now and then I like to change up my daily skin care routine. The past few months I’ve been dealing with bad breakouts and acne, which really frustrated me. I started using the Drying Lotion by Mario Badescu and became an instant fan. I wanted to try more of their skin care, so I ordered the Anti-Aging Kit. Not really worried about getting older, so I didn’t buy it to prevent wrinkles or anything… but this set contains glycolic acid, which helps prevents and fight acne. Let me show you the set, and I’ll also show you the Drying Lotion!
I made a pact with myself a while ago, that I wouldn’t buy any more eyeshadows palettes. But then the Anastasia Beverly Hills Self-Made Palette became available in the Netherlands! This is just such gorgeous palette, I just couldn’t help myself. I’ve been using it for a few months now, so it’s about time that I share my opinion on it, as well as swatches and eye looks.
